"Nice art, but the checkout experience annoyed me"
They’ve got a really good selection of art, and browsing the site was easy, so I’ll give them that. But the checkout was way more clunky than it needed to be. It dragged on, felt slow, and then they waited until late in the process to show the delivery costs, which felt frustrating. That’s on them — it shouldn’t be that hard to make checkout clear and smooth...

"Nice art, but a bit mixed overall"
I liked browsing Artsper and they do have a really good selection... I found a few pieces that caught my eye. The print I ordered looks nice in person, but it wasn’t quite as sharp as I was expecting for the price. The packaging was fine, nothing special. Overall, not a bad experience, just kind of felt a little hit or miss...

"I did find a print I really liked..."
I did find a print I really liked, and some of the prices seemed fair. But once shipping was added, it wasn’t quite as cheap as I expected. I also felt a little dismissed when I had questions about the cost, which made the whole experience less great than it could’ve been.

"Fast reply, exactly when I needed it"
I had a quick question about my order and reached out kind of expecting the usual waiting game, but they got back to me really fast. I always notice how much the response time sets the tone for the whole experience, and this was smooth from start to finish. No back-and-forth hassle, no sitting around wondering. Just an easy fix and a solid customer service experience...
